Suicidal thoughts are thoughts about ending you life. Thoughts about suicide do not necessarily mean taking action to commit suicide. Quite often suicidal thoughts can bring temporary relaxation or a pause to the continual stream of negative information that fills the mind. The suicide or end of ones life can bring peace and tranquility but the end of ones identity may not necessitate the actual end of ones life.

Suicidal signs

Suicidal signs to look out for may be changes in behaviour, withdrawing from friends and family. Disruptive sleep or an overwhelming tiredness can also point to suicidal signs as the mind is overwhelmed by the current situation. Apathy can also be a suicidal sign as the person just can’t be bothered with life. These signs are all triggered by negative emotional memory images that drive the person to a point where they feel suicidal, reaching out to others can help to break the spin that they are currently trapped in.
